Project Details
BLS Asbestos Ltd was commissioned to remove various amounts of asbestos containing insulation materials from the boiler room of the Territorial Army Centre, Scunthorpe.
Historical asbestos insulation residues in the walls, floors and ceiling had been highlighted after a survey.
These items were removed under fully controlled conditions, with the use of an enclosure subject to negative pressure.
The boiler room was cleared of all asbestos and the maintenance of the equipment within can now commence.
